Located in the heart of Beaune, Laure offers Burgundian cooking classes that combine traditional know-how with contemporary techniques. Working alongside this passionate cook, participants learn to tame local produce in a warm and friendly atmosphere. On the menu: eggs en meurette, beef bourguignon revisited or desserts with local fruits, from blackcurrants to grapes.
Just a stone’s throw from the Hôtel-Dieu – Hospices de Beaune, Bérangère invites the best pastry chefs in France and beyond. Delighted to pass on their techniques, they’ll teach you the secrets of the great chefs. The place is a veritable professional laboratory, where you’ll have no trouble imagining yourself as a pastry chef. The workstations are child-friendly. They’ll be delighted to learn how to bake, and to taste their creations.

With her Terroirs by Adeline workshops, she offers culinary experiences in Beaune where each recipe tells a story: that of local producers, Burgundy markets, and gestures handed down from generation to generation.
