Adeline is the soul of a terroir and a passion for seasonal cuisine. With her Terroirs by Adeline workshops, she offers culinary experiences in Beaune where each recipe tells a story: that of local producers, Burgundy markets, and gestures handed down from generation to generation. On the program: simple yet delicious recipes, gourmet walks, food and wine pairings… It’s a real cooking class with a Beaune twist, combining tradition, nature and authenticity.

Run by a Franco-American mother-daughter duo, international visitors are seduced by the refined atmosphere of the place. We wouldn’t be surprised if some of them decided to settle in Beaune after experiencing French gastronomy with Cook’s Atelier. The program combines local markets, seasonal cuisine and tastings in a warm, elegant atmosphere. It’s the perfect way to learn how to cook Burgundy… in style. And here, as in France, it all ends with a meal to share.
