Going out to eat and also to

Party, share, escape

I'm going to the Leflaive

Off-site wine and food experiences

In Puligny-Montrachet

The Leflaives are Burgundians, winegrowers and musicians. And we love to share. Olivier and his daughter share these values. This summer, they invite you to join them for some festive, convivial moments on the pretty Place du Monument in Puligny-Montrachet. The Bistro d’Olivier team looks forward to welcoming you one Sunday a month.

On June 16, July 14, August 18 and September 22, Maison Leflaive wines and Bistro dishes will be served outdoors.

Ephemeral restaurants

A succession of chefs at Puligny-Montrachet

The ephemeral restaurant at Maison Chanzy

It’s already a tradition at Maison Chanzy in Puligny-Montrachet to welcome renowned chefs to its wine bar every summer. Once again this year, this beautiful winegrower’s residence will be showcasing a variety of cuisines thanks to the talent of its chefs:

Chef Quentin Lemarchand opened the 2024 season. A restaurateur from Saint-Léger-sur-Dheune, on the banks of the Canal du Centre, he is a regular at the Maison Chanzy, where he has already delighted customers this winter. As of May 31, he will hand over the reins to Jordan Prot. This young chef previously worked at the Michelin-starred Le Charlemagne restaurant in 2020. Now a home chef, you’ll have the pleasure of discovering his creative local cuisine until July 29.

And to round off the summer season, Chef Luca Flaminio takes up the torch with his gourmet Italian cuisine. Hailing from Milan, he is no stranger to Burgundy, having previously worked at the Comédie du Vin in Beaune. He’s sure to marry Maison Chanzy wines with his own gourmet inspirations.

When food meets wine at the source

Ephemeral restaurant in a winery

Atelier Escoffier at Clos du Moulin aux Moines

The location lends itself to extraordinary taste experiences. The estate is located at the entrance to Auxey-Duresses, in the middle of the vineyards. And it’s with this exceptional view over the vineyards of the Monopole du Clos that you can enjoy wood-fired cuisine by chef Romain Escoffier. The atmosphere is festive, and meals shared with friends find a remarkable setting here.

The restaurant is open daily (except in rainy weather, as we only eat outside) from May to September:

  • Monday to Thursday from 5:00 pm
  • Friday to Sunday from 12:00 pm

Reservations are highly recommended: 03 80 21 03 38

Rade, la Terrasse

Savigny-lès-Beaune

Romain Tischenko & Ioulia Gourieva will be in Savigny-lès-Beaune this summer. Their restaurant opened on July 3 in the Orangerie of Domaine Chandon de Briailles. You’ll find the creative cuisine of the winner of the first Top Chef in this magical place until September.

Opening hours:

  • Wednesday, Thursday and Friday lunchtime with a market menu at €25 or the 5-course menu at €65
  • Evenings and weekends: sharing cuisine and fine wines
