To walk through the doors of Maison Olivier Leflaive is to meet a family of winemakers. But don’t expect the décor of an old-fashioned winery. Here, the emphasis is on quality in every sense of the word. The place is refined, the decor meticulous, the atmosphere warm. The hotel offers two restaurants, and it’s at Klima that Burgundian chef Lionel Freitas invites you to lunch on Easter Monday.
In Puligny-Montrachet, stroll from square to square, discovering traditional winegrowers’ houses. This inevitably whets the appetite, and it’s time to savor some tasty food.
Le Montrachet reveals its elegant façade between the chestnut trees of the square of the same name. In the kitchen, Romain Versino has taken the opportunity of the Easter festivities to revisit traditional dishes. Lamb finds its place alongside wild garlic and new carrots.
The incredible wine list will give you a hard time: which wines to choose? Fortunately, the sommelier is on hand to guide you in your choice.
Michelin-starred chef Philippe Augé works with passion in the kitchens of the Hostellerie de Levernois gourmet restaurant. As you enter the Hostellerie grounds, you’ll notice that spring is well and truly here. Lawns dotted with pretty flowers and tree buds give a bucolic, natural feel to your gourmet escapade. But let’s return to more concrete and above all more appetizing subjects: the Easter menu with lamb cooked in a fine poppy crust.
Did you know?
Within the walls of this incredible building, which houses the Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne, is the “Les Accords” Discovery Bar. Its 4th-floor location gives you a fantastic view of the Côte de Beaune. After your visit, or before, or even without visiting at all, you can go there and enjoy a glass of Burgundy wine, accompanied by platters or other dishes made to sublimate the wine, or vice versa 😉
To celebrate Easter, chef Christophe Maisières offers you a special lunch
The Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne is located in the middle of a park, which means that the site is frequented by little rabbits. And they’ve got a few surprises in store for Easter weekend. The whole family will join forces to find the clues inside and outside the Cité and try to walk away with a nice surprise.
Didn’t you dream as a child of roaming the grounds of a castle in search of treasure? Yes, so did we!

Walking, fresh air, concentration, surpassing oneself, dealing with frustration… Golf is a great school of life. And a definite advantage: in Pays Beaunois, we have the most patient and pedagogical golf coach in Burgundy. Mehdi will make even the most screen-addicted children love golf.
Rain or shine…. it’s best to have a plan A… and a plan B so that our toddlers don’t get bored.
