Following my various experiences, I wanted to build a unique restaurant, one that would allow me to get back to basics, to allow me to express my cuisine while conveying the values that I feel are essential today.
I'm deliberately keeping the menu small, so that I can offer you entirely home-cooked food using local, seasonal produce from responsible, ethical producers.
