From the Greek, which means "the inclination of the earth towards the pole", a perfect name for a declaration of love to the vines, to this fabulous terroir, to these slopes like the one that takes us from the village of Puligny to the Montrachet hill, and of course a nod to our Burgundy climats, hailed and recognised by UNESCO! A namesake that is very dear to us in Burgundy and our ultimate raison d'être.
A more subdued but luminous atmosphere, with Art Nouveau touches and the treasure...
