Domaine Guyot is located on the former farm of the Abbaye Saint-Martin, in the western part of Beaune, on the border between the town and the vineyards.
The grape varieties grown are of course Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté, and Baptiste Guyot uses integrated vinegrowing methods, favouring ploughing between the rows and organic treatments. The plots are located in Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses, Volnay, Pommard and Monthelie, which has been HVE-certified since 2020.
