SAVIGNY-LES-BEAUNE

A village where wines are “nourishing, theological and morbifugal”, at the bottom and either side of the Rhoin combe, in the northwest of the Côte de Beaune, Savigny-les-Beaune, its hamlets, vineyards and forests invite you to take a stroll. Savigny-les-Beaune lives around a château whose foundations date back to 1340 and which today houses automotive, agricultural and aeronautical collections.

Our favorite Savigny-lès-Beaune spot is the ruelle de l’Eglise in spring. Even though circuit n°5 of the Pays Beaunois, the Chemin des Vignes, doesn’t pass through it, it’s right next to the route. Take the time to slip in at the beginning of the street to take a pretty photo of the rosebushes in bloom. You can then continue on your way through vineyards and woods to reach the starting point, route de Bouilland, close to the campsite.
