In the Cozanne valley, at the foot of Mont Rome, Paris “l’Hôpital” owes its name to the Hospitaliers de Saint-Jean in the 13th century. The village, which opens the gateway to the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune to the southeast, has a strong winegrowing tradition and offers beautiful green walks along the Cozanne.
