Chagny, with its gourmet spirit between Beaune and Chalon-sur-Saône and at the crossroads of communication routes and great vineyards between the Côte de Beaune and the Côte Chalonnaise, has always been a stopover town. Historically, for the Hospitallers of Saint-Jean, at the Château de Bellecroix, for motorists on the N6, for bargemen on the Canal du Centre, and today for cyclists and pedestrians on the greenway and hiking trails. With its 3 Michelin-starred restaurant and friendly, colorful Sunday market, Chagny is a land of hospitality.

      • We’re less than 5 kms from the Voie Verte (we’ll say 1.5 kms from Chagnotine).
      • We have 6 bike racks with metal hoops right in front of the agency
      • We supply repair kits, helmets, anti-theft pumps and maps of greenways and cycle routes.
      • Water bottles can be filled. Wine is available after the bike tour of the Route des Grands Crus wineries.
      • Toilets and washbasin
      • Signage in the town of Chagny indicates the route to us and to the Voie Verte.
      • We’re recognizable by the “accueil vélo” sign on the agency wall.
      • On our interactive screens is a list of tourist offices renting bikes, with their contact details.
      • Access to weather information on touch-screen tables
      • We know all the accommodations in the area and can provide you with a list.
